Delpit (groin) participated in OTAs on Wednesday.
Delpit (groin) recorded 80 tackles, seven for a loss, four quarterback hits, 1.5 sacks, three passes defensed and one interception over 13 games in 2023.
The 2019 Jim Thorpe Award winner as college football's top defensive back missed all of 2020 with a torn Achilles but showed no aftereffects from the injury. He seems to enjoy the physical aspects of the game no matter where he lines up and can cover both tight ends and slot receivers, though he is still working to improve his tackling techniques. He can play as a true safety and also as a linebacker/blitzer in nickel and dime packages.
