Ryan completed 21 of 28 passes for 222 yards and a touchdown and added 38 rushing yards and another touchdown on four carries in Sunday's 25-20 win over the Raiders.

Smart, mature, and instinctive behind center. A leader who's tough and dedicated. Possesses a good arm with nice mechanics, and is a good touch passer. Brings ideal height for the NFL QB position. Fundamentally sound. Isn't afraid to go for the deep play regularly. Not a power thrower. Will force some passes and try to do too much, leading to occasional bouts of interceptions. Still somewhat streaky and must learn to adjust more quickly. Lacks top athleticism and won't make many plays with his feet.
