Taylor-Britt will be a healthy scratch for Thursday's game against the Steelers, Charlie Goldsmith of the Dayton Daily News reports. Josh Newton will start in his place, with Marco Wilson also getting reps.
Taylor-Britt (hamstring) has no injury designation ahead of Monday night's matchup against the Broncos.
The muscular defensive back has the tools to be a playmaker in pass coverage and run support. Is an all-out competitor on every down, has fine ball skills and can jam receivers. However, he has to improve his pursuit angles in order to avoid giving away yards and getting burned by double moves. Must also cut down on his missed tackles after the catch.
Long Range Potential: Versatile defensive back with some upside.
