Jones (knee) isn't participating in 11-on-11 drills at June minicamp but said Tuesday "I expect to be ready to go first day of training camp," Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.

He cuts an impressive figure as a classic pocket passer with ideal height and stature, polished actions and a calm demeanor. There is little wasted motion or effort here; he delivers the ball on time without showing off his strong arm, though he is also fully capable of airing it out. Sees the field well, senses pressure and is able to buy time and space to prolong plays. Is well-groomed for the pros as a three-year starter in college. Was rushed into the starting job at the top level, which may or not inhibit his progress. Must show he can cope with big market expectations and the media glare.
Long Range Potential: Talented, cerebral starting quarterback with good upside.
