The Bucks traded Connaughton to the Hornets in exchange for Vasilije Micic on Tuesday, ESPN's Shams Charania reports.
An athletic phenom who can do it all on the court, and is especially strong defensively. Brings a fairly unique skill-set: a reliable 3-point shooter yet also a great rebounder for a perimeter player. Has truly elite leaping ability and is electric in transition. Hustles constantly. Also a pro baseball pitcher. Has the tools to be a big-time scorer but plays more like a role player. Could go to the hoop significantly more to draw fouls (especially considering his fantastic explosiveness). Also not the source for steals he can be. Must show pro baseball won't be a distraction and find his NBA niche.
