Scouting Report
The late-blooming forward was an effective two-way player at Ohio State University, so he has the size and strength to be a shutdown player in the NHL. He competes well and is big enough to win his share of board battles, but appears to lack the kind of offensive skill required to make him more than a role player.
Long Range Potential: Versatile depth forward.
