Giroux recorded an even-strength goal and a power-play assist in Sunday's 6-2 win over the Bruins.
Giroux picked up two assists, one on the power play, in Saturday's 6-4 win over Chicago.
Now in his 30s, he can switch back and forth from center to wing without a major offensive drop-off. Still has tremendous creativity and playmaking skills, though there are times when he would be better off shooting than passing. Dangerous on the power play, he is adroit at putting the puck on teammates' sticks for good scoring opportunities. Is not easy to knock off the puck, despite a relatively small frame.
Long Range Potential: Elite playmaker and point producer.
