The Colts placed Hilton (shoulder) on the practice squad injured list Tuesday, Amanda Foster of the team's official site reports.
Hilton is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Raiders due to a shoulder injury, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.
A productive slot (inside) corner and blitz specialist, he also patrols the box as a tenacious run stopper. Undrafted due to a lack of ideal size, he compensates with superb recognition and superior football intellect. Played all over the secondary in college. Excels at limiting gains on short crossing and slant routes. Once recorded three sacks in one NFL game, so he has playmaking traits. Is not suited to downfield/sideline coverage due to his height deficit.
Long Range Potential: Prototypical slot cornerback/nickelback.
