Crashes from his safety position to cut down ball carriers in the box and support the run defense. Thrives on contact and is a student of the game and a leader on the field. Is willing to perform any role and sell out to make a play; he is known to occasionally jump a route for the interception. Is ideally suited to special teams due to superior straight-line speed and open-field blocking skills. Is not a great option to play every down. Falls short of the range and quickness benchmarks for deep coverage duty, which can limit his snap counts.
Long Range Potential: Feisty safety and special teams ace.
