St-Juste agreed to terms on a contract with the Chargers on Wednesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Scouting Report
The Canadian cornerback has excellent size and length to play outside, but he had limited college football experience and is still playing catch-up in terms of his instincts for the game. He could wind up as a safety because of his size and tackling ability, and he may need to be in the right defensive scheme to thrive in the NFL. Concussions have been a problem early on in his pro career.
Long Range Potential: Big defensive back with upside.
