Herro (foot/ankle) said Tuesday that he's ahead of schedule in his recovery and expects to be back in 8-12 weeks, Wes Goldberg of the Locked On Podcast Network reports.
Herro (foot/ankle) is expected to take eight weeks to recover after undergoing successful surgery Friday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Outside shooting is the name of his game, as he can drain three-point shots regularly and shoot the lights out from time to time (making him an ideal two-guard in the NBA). Has enough height to defend small forwards when necessary, though he could stand to add more bulk to his 6'6" frame and get physically stronger. Is a pretty good distributor, too. There are questions about his overall athleticism and defense, but his overall shooting ability (he is also a strong free-throw shooter) will always be his meal ticket in the NBA.
Long Range Potential: Talented shooting guard with upside.
