Poulter inked a one-year, two-way contract with Winnipeg on Wednesday, Mitchell Clinton of the Jets' official site reports.
Scouting Report
He was never drafted into the NHL, partly because his WHL numbers were spotty at best. However, he has worked very hard to turn himself into a puck-stopping prospect for the highest level. Has a projectable frame but could stand to add more bulk and strength in order to maximize output in the big league.
Long Range Potential: Depth goaltender with some upside.
