Samberg (broken wrist) was activated from injured reserve Thursday, according to the NHL media site.
Samberg (upper body) will be out of action for 6-8 weeks after sustaining a broken wrist, Mitchell Clinton of the Jets' official site reports Monday.
The two-time NCAA champion at the University of Minnesota-Duluth has the kind of projectable size NHL teams like, plus he skates well and has a good shot.
