Renouf was sent to AHL Providence, Mark Divver of the New England Hockey Journal reports.
Scouting Report
Owns a solid combination of NHL size (6'3", 200 pounds) and puck-moving acumen. Can put up decent numbers at lower levels. Can play on either side of the ice, too. Must avoid injuries better in order to maximize output at the National Hockey League level. Is not a natural point-producing defenseman, nor is he a power-play quarterback.
Long Range Potential: Depth defenseman.
