Has a great combination of quickness and straightaway speed, combined with a dose of skill. Is always a breakaway threat because of that speed, which also makes him a dangerous penalty killer. A lack of size (5’9”) is a drawback, and staying on the ice and off the injured list is a problem, but he has shown a knack for scoring 20-plus goals when healthy for a full season.
