Scouting Report
The son of former NHL player Todd Harkins is hard to play against, with sound two-way instincts and projectable size. He put up excellent assists totals in junior hockey and the AHL, indicating an ability to become a playmaker at the NHL level. Needs to fill out his frame to make the most of his assets, but may be limited by his lack of a goal-scoring touch.
Long Range Potential: Versatile depth forward.
