Fitzgerald has played in two straight games for Buffalo after being scratched for the first three contests of the season.
Owns tremendous hockey pedigree as the son of former NHL forward Tom Fitzgerald. Excels in an up-tempo system because of his excellent mobility (with and without the puck). Does not have ideal size for the National Hockey League, so he must get stronger to thrive as a pro. Needs to cut down on unnecessary penalties. Is not a natural power-play quarterback.
Long Range Potential: Mobile, talented puck-moving defenseman with upside.
