Scouting Report
A big scorer in junior hockey, he enters his prime still trying to find that kind of offensive success at the NHL level (after being taken with the 17th pick in the 2013 draft). Is a versatile forward who skates well, can kill penalties and will not hurt his team defensively. Has yet to show the offensive skills he did in the Western Hockey League, which limits his usefulness.
Long Range Potential: Defensive depth forward.
