Moves the puck well and leans on his offensive skills to make up for any shortcomings in his own zone. Works aggressively to deny zone entries but tends to get caught too deep in the offensive zone, meaning that the chances he gives up often turn into opposition goals. Can play major minutes and is an asset on both special teams. Added bulk might help him becoming a better overall performer.
