Wilson produced a goal and an assist, both on the power play, while adding four hits and two shots on net during a 4-3 loss to the Rangers in Game 2 on Tuesday.
Wilson garnered an assist to go with 12 PIM in Sunday's 4-1 victory over the Rangers.
A rare power winger in that he is a physical force capable of putting up top-six forward scoring numbers. He has a good shot, is a more-than-adequate playmaker and can even kill penalties with aplomb. Hits to hurt, and he has done just that to more than one opponent. His biggest drawback is a lack of discipline and control (he has been suspended multiple times, which costs his team because he is a true impact player).
Long Range Potential: Talented, physical two-way power forward.
