Goodrow tallied a goal, blocked two shots and dished out two hits in Saturday's 3-2 loss to Ottawa.
Goodrow posted an assist in Sunday's 6-5 overtime win over the Wild.
The big forward can settle into a depth role in the NHL, after putting up good offensive numbers in junior hockey and the AHL, though he also has the ability to play higher in the lineup. Is a no-frills, up-and-down forward that relies on being an annoying forechecker while contributing on offense. Can see time on both special teams, though more on the penalty kill. Has to improve on face-offs. Also, consistency can be an issue.
Long Range Potential: Big, versatile forward with leadership skills.
