One of the best puck-handling netminders of all time, he makes life easier on his defensemen. He takes up a lot of net because of his huge frame and has a history of being able to steal games. Is very streaky, though at his best he can carry a team. His biggest problem as he enters his 40s continues to be durability; he has missed large chunks of time in recent seasons, and that tendency does not figure to improve as he nears the end of his career.
