Burkhead had one carry for nine yards and caught one of two targets for six yards in Thursday's 29-17 loss to the Eagles in Week 9.
Burkhead did not catch his lone target and did not have a carry in Sunday's 17-10 loss to the Titans in Week 8.
Heady and versatile, he is an effective role player with running and receiving skills suited to a pass-first offense. Keeps his mind in the game; he is always ready to come off the bench as a rotational back. Can break off chunks of yardage as an inside runner or short-range receiver. Is quick enough to beat linebackers to a spot; he will drop shoulder and fight for every inch. Is not overly big and tends to get nicked up; he lacks durability for heavy usage and his snap count is always limited.
Long Range Potential: Effective, dual-threat depth running back.
