Possessed ideal athleticism for an NFL wideout (with burst, speed, acceleration, soft hands, body control and tremendous instincts). Could fight for the ball and win most of his battles. Had some leadership ability. Was also a willing blocker and added value as a return man. Was at times a bit too all or nothing as a big-play target and never really excelled in shorter routes. Was not a consistent producer.
