Scouting Report
A second-generation NFL player (his father Derek played 11 seasons as an O-lineman), he works the defensive side as an effective hybrid of edge-rushing linebacker and defensive end. Tall, rangy and athletic, he is fast enough to storm the pocket and tackle the quarterback for a loss. Can work in a variety of schemes but is tasked primarily with getting to the passer on almost every down. Therefore, his sack production is on the upswing. Is an esteemed team leader, defensive play caller and acclaimed community activist.
