The Texans re-signed Hughes (ankle) on Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Hughes (ankle) is out for Saturday's game against the Browns.
Can dominate as a pass rusher, showing the ability to blast off the edge and into the backfield. Also fluid and aware enough to pick up the run along the way and does a solid job in pass coverage. Still learning and adjusting as a pass rusher. Doesn't always excel when not on his preferred side of the ball. Plays tentatively at times to avoid making big mistakes. May need to be in the right alignment to be successful (due to a lack of ideal size for the end position).
Long Range Potential: Excellent edge rusher.
