Barmore (illness) said Thursday that he's past his blood clot issue, cleared for offseason workouts and expecting to play Week 1, Andrew Callahan of the Boston Herald reports.
Speaking Monday, new Patriots coach Mike Vrabel said Barmore (illness) is expected to be available for the start of the offseason workout program next month, Mark Daniels of MassLive.com reports.
The Defensive MVP of the 2021 College Football Playoff National Championship game passed up two years of eligibility to turn pro. He is raw but powerful and has an explosive first couple of steps, as well as the hand strength to fight off blockers. His versatility gives him the ability to be a three-down lineman with the skills to line up inside or outside, and create havoc either way.
