Swain (hamstring) reverted to the Dolphins' injured reserve Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
The Dolphins claimed Swain off waivers from the Broncos on Wednesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
The wide receiver/returner did not see a ton of college football action at the University of Florida, but showed enough to be drafted in the sixth round in 2020. He has the size and speed to challenge defenses, especially when playing out of the slot, but must pay greater attention to detail when he is running routes. Also, he needs to avoid drifting in and out of breaks. Is a solid option to return punts and kickoffs.
Long Range Potential: Backup wide receiver and return man.
