Casts as a brawny 4-3 end with rudimentary technique but plenty of attitude. Possesses the raw elements to bring pressure as a pass rusher and set the edge against the run. A late-blooming talent in college, he did not start until his senior year. Succeeds with persistence, grit and power as a brute force defender; his bull rush can collapse the pocket and swamp protection. May lack the stamina and skills to be an every down player in the NFL. Lacks ideal height for his position and may be limited to a part-time role in the pros.
Long Range Potential: Situational pass rusher/depth defensive lineman with a little upside.
