Adams and the Raiders agreed on a contract Tuesday, Saad Yousuf, Tashan Reed and Jeff Howe of The Athletic reports.
A super-aggressive playmaker who performs with supreme intensity and confidence. Loves to step up to the line of scrimmage and stuff the run, and buzzes around the field looking for ball-carriers to hit. Takes responsibility as a stopper and is a leader on and off the field. Also pretty athletic and very quick, and will threaten for interceptions. Provides great extra value as a high-impact special teamer, too. Not particularly fluid and patient in pure pass coverage. Makes some mistakes covering receiver routes due to his highly aggressive style. Can be more sure-handed overall as both a wrap-up tackler and as an interception guy.
Long Range Potential: Talented, super-aggressive safety with star potential.
