'Birdman' is extremely energetic and athletic for a true post player. Loves playing above the rim and can dominate as a shot-blocker. Will fill the lane and go for big dunks, and does a great job in general of converting high-percentage buckets. Defends well, is feisty, hustles hard, and always provides a spark. Lacks ideal bulk for the NBA post, which limits him as a rebounder and affects his durability. Not an offensive playmaker who will create shots for himself on the block. Some very serious off-court issues have threatened his career in the past.
