Scouting Report
'Stevie Franchise' was a do-it-all lead guard who led his team's offense as a passer yet was also an explosive scorer and leaper who got to the free throw line regularly. Was near-impossible to contain one-one-one. Rebounded like a forward, and was a regular source of steals. Inefficient: was highly turnover prone, and took far too many three-point attempts for a player who was mediocre hitting from the arc. Somewhat streaky in general. Lacked durability later in his career. Often clashed with coaches.
Long Range Potential: Star point guard.
