Adon signed a minor-league contract with the Giants as a non-roster invitee Wednesday, Maria I. Guardado of MLB.com reports.
Scouting Report
Blessed with raw, pure power in his right arm, he is a hard thrower who can be downright nasty (especially because of his deceptive, three-quarters delivery to go along with his heat). Owns good size for a pitcher in MLB. Lacks both optimum control and command, so he might have to move to a bullpen role at the highest level.
Long Range Potential: Raw, hard-throwing right-hander with upside.
