The Dodgers optioned Gonzalez to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Tuesday, Kirsten Watson of SportsNet LA reports.
A left-hander with pretty good stuff and strikeout ability, he appears to have found his big-league niche after a move to the bullpen. Does not have ideal size for a pitcher in Major League Baseball but he generates good velocity due to a fairly strong lower base. When he struggles, it is usually because he surrenders too many free passes. His pitches also tend to elevate from time to time, which can be fatal for him.
Long Range Potential: Solid left-hander with some upside.
