Scouting Report

Owns an outstanding curveball, which is his true out-pitch, plus a fastball that has improved a lot since he added more bulk to his 6-1 frame. Can both start or relieve, which adds to his overall value. Has difficulty repeating his delivery, and is often guilty of falling off to the first-base side of the mound as he releases the ball. Also needs to improve both his slider and changeup in order to start in MLB.
