Phillips (2-0) was charged with a blown save and earned the win against Milwaukee on Saturday. He allowed one run on one hit while striking out one batter over one inning.
The Dodgers reinstated Phillips (hamstring) from the 15-day injured list Friday, Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times reports.
Owns pretty good size and the ability to strike a lot of batters out in the minor leagues. When he is on top of his game, he can dominate on the bump. Lacks control and needs to curb his penchant for walks in order to maximize his appearances in MLB. Must work on his game-to-game consistency.
Long Range Potential: Decent reliever with some upside.
