The Phillies signed Keller to a two-year, $22 million contract Wednesday, Matt Gelb of The Athletic reports.

Scouting Report

Displays excellent fastball command that is almost veteran-like. Is good at keeping the ball down in the strike zone, so he can induce a lot of groundball outs. Has an ideal pitchers' frame. Can both start and relieve. Is not overly dominant via the strikeout, so he always needs solid defense behind him in order to get the job done. Also, his slider and changeup are not at the same level of his heat, so he may be a reliever in MLB.
