Scouting Report
Has a true feel for pitching and understands how to set batters up. Does a good job of repeating his delivery and mixing his pitches. Both his control and command are sharp. Lacks a dominant pitch, so he is unable to strike batters out at will. Can also be a bit too hittable, even in the minor leagues. Therefore, he may have to move to the bullpen in MLB.
Long Range Potential: Solid right-hander with a little upside.
