The Angels transferred Fulmer (elbow) from the 15-day injured list to the 60-day injured list Monday.
Scouting Report
Owns electric stuff, including a great fastball and an even better curve (his best strikeout weapon). Also throws a solid changeup. Displays great makeup on the bump and has a bulldog mentality. Needs to improve his command of all his pitches in order to maximize output in Major League Baseball. Walks can be an issue for him, even at lower levels. Lacks an ideal pitchers' frame, too.
Long Range Potential: Depth right-hander.
