Scouting Report
Owns a solid frame and plenty of strikeout ability (especially at the minor-league level). At all levels, he lacks consistency with his control and can get into hot water when he surrenders too many base runners via the free pass. Is a reliever through and through, mostly because of a limited pitching arsenal.
Long Range Potential: Journeyman right-hander.
