Scouting Report
Owns an electric arm that features a very good fastball, plus an excellent slider (that is even more deceptive because he changes his arm angle). Knows how to pitch. Will need to fill out his frame and also adjust to North American batters (and conditions) in order to maximize production at the highest level. Needs more refinement.
Long Range Potential: Talented right-hander with some upside.
