Urena (0-3) allowed five earned runs on seven hits and two walks while striking out two to take the loss Tuesday against the Pirates.
Has an excellent fastball that may get even better as he fills out his lanky (6-2) frame. Also displays a quality slider, which makes him potentially dominant. Can either start or relieve. Lacks command of all of his pitches, so he needs to improve in this area in order to maximize big-league output. Also needs to add more bulk to his big frame for stamina.
Long Range Potential: Versatile right-hander with a little upside.
