Blach gave up one earned run on three hits and one walk while striking out a batter out of the bullpen in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Brewers.
Blach (3-4) picked up the win over the Pirates on Saturday, allowing two runs on seven hits and one walk while striking out five over 5.2 innings.
Owns an excellent changeup, which complements his fastball well. Is both reliable and durable on the mound. Is a consistent performer who doesn't beat himself. Doesn't have a dominant fastball, and his breaking pitches are only average. Needs to cut down on his penchant for long balls in order to maximize output in MLB.
Long Range Potential: Solid left-hander with a little upside.
