Wick worked around a walk to toss a scoreless ninth inning and earn the save in Wednesday's win over the Blue Jays. He struck out one.
Wick (4-7) allowed four runs (three earned) on four hits while only retiring one batter to take the loss Saturday against the Brewers. He walked one and struck out one.
An excellent athlete, he is both a former catcher and outfielder with a tremendous arm. Strikeouts are common for him, and his power arm works well out of the bullpen. Obviously, he is quite raw and unrefined with his pitching arsenal. He is also wild, so he needs to curb his penchant for walking too many batters to maximize output.
Long Range Potential: Big reliever with a little upside.
