McHugh was placed on the 15-day injured list Wednesday with right shoulder inflammation.
Scouting Report
Has a solid penchant for striking batters out at all professional levels, but can also induce groundballs when needed. Is good in the clutch. Is also rather reliable. Could use a bit more bulk for his 6-2 frame in order to maximize output in Major League Baseball. Can be a bit too hittable at times, especially in the big leagues.
Long Range Potential: Quality right-hander.
