Snell took the loss in Game 1 of the World Series against Toronto on Friday after giving up five earned runs on eight hits and three walks while striking out four batters over five-plus innings.
Snell is expected to draw the start in Monday's Game 1 matchup against the Brewers in the NLCS, Matthew Moreno of DodgerBlue.com reports.
Is already a true pitcher who knows how to set batters up. Owns a solid fastball and even better slider, which is his go-to pitch for strikeouts. He keeps the ball down in the zone and throws a lot of first-pitch strikes. The only thing that can hold him back is a lack of consistency in his delivery, which can at times lead to bouts of wildness and a propensity to walk a few too many hitters. Needs to add far more bulk to his frame.
Long Range Potential: Excellent left-hander with good upside.
