Is a good hitter in the minors with a sweet left-handed stroke. Produces a lot of doubles and line-drive power. Has a good approach at the plate. Also has a strong arm. Does not have enough home-run power to play every day in the big leagues. Also, can he do enough other than hit to be a factor in games? The jury is still out.
