Scouting Report
Is a consistent strike-thrower who knows how to pitch. Can strike batters out or induce groundball outs. Has plenty of savvy when on the hill. Can be used either as a starter or reliever in MLB. Can get hammered if he is too much around the plate, so he could stand to waste a few more pitches. Does not have ideal size for a pitcher. Lacks a dominant delivery for the highest level.
