Scouting Report
Can be effective both as a starter and reliever, though he makes a bigger impact pitching out of the bullpen. Throws strikes with a fair amount of regularity. Is comfortable pitching in tight spots at the big-league level. Is a bit too hittable for the big-league level when he is used as a starting pitcher, so he seems more comfortable as a reliever in MLB. Can have some trouble keeping his home-run totals against down. Injuries are an issue here.
Long Range Potential: Solid right-hander, when healthy.
