Scouting Report
A power pitcher with a big arm, he could rack up strikeouts and close out games in the ninth inning in the minors. Had impressive size (6'7", 240 pounds). Could also be used as a starter. Had a lot of trouble with his control (at all levels), which hindered his development somewhat. Also, he lacked a starter's pitching repertoire, making him far more effective in relief.
Long Range Potential: Huge, inconsistent but versatile power right-hander.
